Nestle joins hands with Sims China for cereal market
Nestlé is the world's No.1 food company and the No.1 brand in China for breakfast cereals. This fast-growing category in China's retail market is now enabling more people than ever before to enjoy a quick and easy breakfast that's also nutritious and healthy.
To cater to a wide range of consumers, Nestle breakfast cereals in China are available in 8 flavors, three of them, namely Cheerios for families, Kokocrunch for children, and Fitness for female.
Nestlé appointed Sims as its distributor in southern China on 1 December 2007, and plans to start distributing nationwide in mid-2008. We believe this is a win-win solution for both Sims and the Nestlé brand, enabling Nestlé to take full advantage of Sims' rich brand management experience and excellent in-store execution.
