Method
- Pan fried beaten egg and shred.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in saucepan, sweat leek and stir in mushroom and shredded beef, toss well and dish up.
- Add Heinz Chicken Broth and water, bring to boil. Add rice cake and cook until soft. Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
- Add shredded egg and the stir fried leek, mushroom and beef. Bring to boil again and top with shredded seaweed and yellow chives to serve.
