Method

  1. Pan fried beaten egg and shred.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in saucepan, sweat leek and stir in mushroom and shredded beef, toss well and dish up.
  3. Add Heinz Chicken Broth and water, bring to boil. Add rice cake and cook until soft. Stir in soy sauce and sugar.
  4. Add shredded egg and the stir fried leek, mushroom and beef. Bring to boil again and top with shredded seaweed and yellow chives to serve.
